Reviewer states that Cuisinart Mini-Prep Processor has powerful motor for such a small unit. One of the reviewer felt that it is not useful for chopping up onions and the like as you have to cut them into several small pieces to be fed. Reviewer also found that they could not maintain consistency. If chunks are too big some things get liquefied and on the other hand if the chunks are made smaller, it makes it liquid with some chunks still in it. One review was about how the parts had too small grooves and recesses which do not clean easily. According to the same reviewer, it is a hygiene problem using Cuisinart Mini-Prep Processor as it is near impossible to clean its numerous little tight angles.
